HOW DO I DOWNLOAD A FILE?
You’ll be able to access your download in 2 ways. Within your account, click "You" (upper right corner of the screen) and under Purchases & Reviews find your download order; next to your order you should see a Download button. You’ll also receive a download notification email from Etsy.
JPG files - Most computers have software pre-installed that allows users to view and open JPG files.
PDF files - You will need Adobe Reader downloaded on your computer to view and print PDF files. You can download a free version of Adobe Reader here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed – usually just a few minutes after purchase.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PRINTING TIPS FOR DOWNLOADS?
Files can easily be printed on your home printer - but for the highest quality print, choose a professional printing service (or simply order direct from me!).
Use high quality ink & paper. I recommend at LEAST 28# paper for the best color and definition.
I find that printing black as a color document rather than a black & white document produces a richer black. You can print black in either mode.
Colors may look different once printed than they do on screen-depending on your monitor settings, quality of paper & ink, and printer capabilities there will be variations in the color produced.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY DOWNLOAD?
Digital files are for unlimited personal use only. Make it your wallpaper, frame it and hang it in your kitchen, print it onto your favorite hoodie, or gift it to your neighbor – but please do not sell, share, or otherwise redistribute this file, or sell the printed product.
A small business commercial license is available - please convo me to find out more.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Every effort is made to package your print with care but there are times that they become damaged during shipment.
If an item is damaged in transit I'll be happy to send you a replacement at no additional charge. To receive a replacement you must:
a: Please contact me within 48 hours of receipt to let me know of the damage.
b: Photos of the damage or defect are necessary to begin the process of your refund.
Photos must be received within 7 days of receipt.
