I accept payment via Etsy Payments or Paypal. You can use Paypal as a guest without setting up an account if this suits you better.

I use the address provided on Etsy for delivery.
You can easily send anything from my shop as a gift directly to the recipient. Just pop their address in at checkout, mark the order as a gift and don't forget to leave your name so they know who it's from.
I'll also write your gift message out by hand onto a gift card.

I no longer include an invoice as standard to save paper and decrease my environmental impact. If you'd like yours included, just leave me a note at checkout.

→ Dispatch times

I dispatch orders within 1-2 working days for most items, Monday to Friday.
Personalised paintings have a longer processing time of 3-5 working days to ensure I get your painting just right.
Wondering where your order might be is the worst, so I will always let you know once your order has been dispatched.

Standard delivery:

UK: Royal Mail 2nd Class - 2-3 working days

International: Royal Mail International Standard - Europe 3-5 working days,
Worldwide 6-7 working days

These are Royal Mail's delivery times and cannot be guaranteed. I will always dispatch your order on time, however once dispatched, unless you upgrade your delivery to a tracked service, it is in the care of Royal Mail and I have no way of tracking it.

UK: Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed - guaranteed next working day

International: Royal Mail Tracked and Signed - Europe 3-5 working days
Worldwide 6-7 working days

The Special Delivery Guaranteed and International Tracked and Signed delivery upgrades provide full tracking, require a signature on delivery, and offer compensation in the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost.

→ Customs

If you live outside of the UK, packages can be held up at customs and so delivery could be delayed, and you may encounter customs charges. After Jan 2021 this includes all EU countries. I always ensure all packages are sent with the correct customs forms. However I have no control over any time delays or customs charges you may incur as they are determined by the destination country. Please bear this in mind when placing your order, or use a delivery upgrade with tracking. Unless sent with tracking, I am unable to find out where your order is, should delivery be delayed by customs.

→ Lost orders

I always obtain proof of postage when sending orders and it is rare for orders to be lost.
Please be aware that during busy times (e.g. Christmas) delivery can take longer than expected.
However, please get in touch if your order has not arrived by the following delivery dates, after which I can send your order again or offer a refund :

UK orders:

Standard shipping and 1st Class upgrade: 10 working days after delivery was due

Special Delivery Guaranteed upgrade: 5 working days after delivery was due

International orders:

Europe: 20 working days (Mon-Fri) after delivery was due
Rest of World: 25 working days (Mon-Fri) after delivery was due.

◊ Do you take custom orders?

I really enjoy making custom orders, with as little or as much input from you as you like. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

◊ Do items come gift wrapped?

Whether you've bought something for yourself or a loved one, all items come gift wrapped in tissue paper, at no extra cost. If you mark your order as a gift and leave a message for the recipient, this will appear on the gift receipt and I will hand write in on a special gift card. Please leave your name so they know who it's from!

◊ How is your shop environmentally friendly?

Ensuring my shop is environmentally friendly is really important to me. I think carefully about what I use and use natural materials wherever I can and recycle as much as possible.
Paper is my biggest resource, so when I have any leftover I make use of it in another ways, before recycling it. All card and paper waste is re-used or recycled.
I have stopped using cellophane, and have replaced (non-natural) organza bags in favour of 100% cotton ones which can you can use again and again.
I add a sprinkle of glitter to every Nurture Box, for an extra special touch. This is eco-glitter made from plants (mostly eucalyptus trees) and is 100% biodegradable as well as being vegan and cruelty free.
When packaging orders I use tissue paper to gift wrap, and cardboard envelopes, a cardboard box or brown paper for delivery.
I have on-going plans to make my shop as environmentally friendly as possible and cut down my carbon footprint, including how I source my supplies.

Also Etsy now ensures the carbon emissions from all deliveries is 100% offset through supporting and investing in environmental projects like protecting forests and sponsoring cleaner energy production - another step in the right direction.
