Payment
Prompt payment is always expected.
After purchasing you beautiful Laura After Midnight product please submit a payment within a 48 hours of the purchase date.
If you cannot pay within this time period, please send us a message to let us know otherwise the sale will be canceled.
No order will be shipped until payment is received and cleared however; we are more than happy to hold items upon request for a short period (normally five days).

Shipping
All orders are shipped with protective packaging and where necessary acid free tissue paper.
All items are shipped First Class however please note, it can take anywhere from 3-14 days for your order to arrive. You will be notified of an expected delivery date when your item has been shipped however; delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Because shipping is free no tracking number will be given. Late deliveries are always a possibility however, Laura After Midnight tries to ensure all deliveries arrive on time
IF EXPEDITED, TRACKED OR OVERNIGHT/PRIORITY SHIPPING IS REQUIRED, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASE AND WE WILL ARRANGE THIS. AN EXTRA CHARGE MAY BE INCURRED.
All Custom Orders are listed with an expected delivery time (i.e. within two weeks), you will be contacted as soon as you have placed your order about a delivery estimate, and throughout the process of making up your order we shall ensure you are aware of a delivery time.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their countries. Any shipping charges listed do not include insurance for the items. Please contact us if you require this.
If you do not receive your order please first contact the carrier that delivered your package, then inform us of the issue.

Laura After Midnight does offer discounts for bulk orders, please contact us before placing your order for a quote. When you are happy we shall set up a custom listing for you.
Prices will vary depending upon intricacy of the custom work, quantity ordered, fabric choices and additional services provided. Please contact us for any pricing inquiries.
Payment for customer orders is due up front. We guarantee satisfaction on all orders, and will work with you throughout the design process to ensure that you get every detail exactly as you want it. If, for some reason, you wish to cancel the sale after the design process but before production, you will be charged a 20% convenience fee.

You will not be able to cancel an order once we have started production.
Laura After Midnight can also offer wholesale to retailers, internationally.

Prices for wholesale orders are contingent upon a minimum initial order of 8 pieces however; a variety of colour, fabric etc is available and we are always open to discussion for wholesale clients.
A 30% discount is offered for wholesale orders. The price includes the product, care instructions/label and protective bag where listed.
