Shipping
All orders are carefully packed in a recycled corrugated box and bubble-wrap.
I ship through regular mail by PostNL.
Shipping rates depend on the weight of the item and the country it has to be sent to.
These are the prices for items up to 2 kg (as most of my items are) without a tracking number:
Nederland: €6,75
European Union: €8,50
Europe non-EU: €11,00
Everywhere Else: €17,50
Shipping prices for items more than 2 kg (with Tracking number):
Nederland: €6,75
European Union: €19,50
Europe non-EU: €25,00
Everywhere Else: €34,50
Please make sure your address on etsy matches your address on paypal. If these are not the same (and there is no message to seller), I will ship to your Etsy-address.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom signs are normally completed and ready to ship within 7 days from the time you order. Following your purchase I can send a proof to give you an idea what the final sign will look like and give you a chance to correct spelling, dates, or wording. If I do not hear back, I’ll go ahead and make the sign.
I take great care to ensure that all of the photographs we take display the items and their colours as accurately as possible however, please be aware that all monitors and screens display colours differently and subtle variations do occur.
