INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Please allow additional time for shipping especially during holidays.

TURN AROUND TIME
Items will typically ship with-in 1-2 business days. I have expedited shipping options available that you can select during checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I do NOT customize my cards - many of the cards are made to order and have various options you can select from, but I do NOT offer customization beyond the options listed. This includes adding a custom message added to a card followed by your name, etc. Additionally, I do NOT provide sign and send services for my cards.

GIFT PURCHASES
You can mark your purchase as a gift, when you do this a Gift Slip will be printed and included with your order instead of a packing slip. No other changes or additions will be made to your order or any cards you order.

PRODUCTION
Many of the components used to make my products are laser die-cut and it is natural for these components to show some burnt edges especially on lighter colored papers.

MAILING GREETING CARDS
Some of my cards may require extra postage due to the shape, weight, lumps and/or rigidness and may be considered non-machinable. Please check with your postal provider to ensure that you have the correct postage and have chosen a safe way to send your card(s) to your recipient to avoid damage along the way. Please understand that I cannot be responsible for damage sustained to card(s) mailed by you and/or card(s) returned due to insufficient postage.

STORAGE ENVIRONMENT
My cards are made and stored in a smoke free, pet friendly household.

WHOLESALE
I do not offer my products wholesale.

BACK OF CARDS
My logo is stamped/printed on the back of each of my cards.

PACKAGING
Single cards are packaged in a cello sleeve and Cupcake Toppers and packs of cards are packaged in kraft paper or acrylic boxes. I am working on finding more eco-friendly packaging options, so packaging may vary.

RETURNS
Please contact me with any issues to work out a solution.
Custom items are not returnable. Digital items are not returnable.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges and items must be received in unused and unopened before refund will be given.
All of my cards are handmade. I will do my best to ensure the card you receive matches the picture, however their may be slight variations depending on the supplies that are available.
