Each item is handmade in my studio. Orders will be made and sent out within 2-3 business days.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

・UK - Royal Mail First Class Post - 1-2 business days
・USA/Rest of world - standard airmail - 5-9 business days
・Europe - standard airmail - 3-7 business days

Please handle with care and take off before showering/swimming/exercising to ensure the quality of your jewellery. 

To clean your jewellery, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Store in an airtight, dry place as this will help to prevent your jewellery tarnishing.

14k gold filled jewellery has 100+ times more gold than gold plated. Composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal, it has the look, feel and durability of 14K gold jewellery, and will not flake or peel. It's a beautiful alternative to solid gold and can be worn by most people with sensitive skin.

Many of my items can be altered to your individual requirements. If you would like a longer/shorter chain, different size etc, please just contact me to discuss your requirements.

Lead times for custom orders will vary, dependant on the nature of each request. Once the details of a custom order have been discussed, an estimated delivery date will be agreed upon.
Once the details of your order have been finalised, payment is due in full before work can be commenced. Any changes to your order after this may be subject to a further charge.
