I ship all orders by regular Registered Mail™ unless otherwise specified. Tracking number is provided with every order, so you can track the shipping progress.

Once an item is shipped and in the post offices hands I am no longer in control or responsible for it. If you have issues with receiving the mail or are worried about it arriving, please, consider purchasing insurance, you are welcome to contact me if interested.

Please, note, that the price shown in the item's listing covers only the item itself, shipping cost can be seen in the every item's description under the button SHIPPING AND POLICIES. I sometimes do provide and sometimes don't provide a free shipping on orders depending on the item's price, so please check the shipping cost prior to buying any item from my shop!

FAQs

Can I order a sample?

You are welcome to purchase a 'CUSTOM TEXT SCROLL' from the drop down menu and fill the Personalization field with your special wording or just send me your special text via Etsy messages, and I will create a special sample for you with your special wording.
In case you would like to have a full impression of the boxed scroll, but do not have your wedding details as yet, you are welcome to purchase a 'GENERIC TEXT SAMPLE' and I will send you the scroll with a default classic wedding invitation text as it can be seen in the pictures of the listing.
You can also order the sample without the text if you wish to use calligraphy, in this case please purchase 'BLANK SCROLL/SAMPLE' option from the drop-down menu.

Please don't forget to check the spelling of the wording carefully as many times as possible!


Do you customize the invitations or any other products?

All of the products are customized using your wording and/or initials. Just push the Request Custom Order button and send me your special request.


Do you charge extra for customization?

The price of the customization depends on the quantity of the items requested as well as on the complexity of the work, please contact me directly with your special requests and I will gladly calculate the price and the processing time for you.


Do you print only in English?

I am able to print in any language preferred, just send me the precise text in Word format. Please check the spelling of the text twice or more before sending it.


How many times can I ask for edits?

Up to 3 personalized edits can be made until a special editing fee of EUR25.00 is applied.


Can I order a number of products that exceeds the listed?

Please contact me with the exact kind and number of items you require, so I can calculate the precise processing time and the price, and create a custom listing which is also an invoice for you.


What is the processing time?

Every item in my shop is custom made. Because of this, the usual processing time of orders varies from 3 to 10 weeks, depending on the quantity purchased as well as on my busyness at a time. Please CONTACT ME ABOUT 3 MONTHS PRIOR to the date you would like your invitations to be shipped out, because my planner is busy and usually fully booked up to 2 months in advance. Please be patient! I promise it's worth it!

Can I ask for faster processing/delivery?

You can contact me if you need faster delivery than specified. I will be glad to create your artworks faster than normally in some cases if possible. Please, note, there might be an extra charge of 50% of the orders' price, because my night hours are much more expensive than the day ones. :)
I also regularly work with FedEx to deliver my packages worldwide, the shipping time is usually 3-5 days, in some rare cases up to 6 days, obviously the price of the service is pretty high, but for the speed given it seems very reasonable. Please contact me prior buying if interested.
