Please be aware that the Coronavirus pandemic is still causing some delays in delivery times, both National and International. I apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but unfortunately this is out of my control and it can't be helped. PROCESSING TIME:
I aim to dispatch within 1-3 days (with the exception of custom orders, which are on an individual basis). I do not post on weekends, so any leather cord necklaces purchased on Thursday or Friday will be posted the following *Monday. Anything else purchased on a Friday will be posted on *Monday. However, If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. *Monday (with the exception of public holidays).

All items will be securely packaged in either padded envelopes or small postal boxes.

UK DELIVERY:
All orders that include a postal charge are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders that qualify for free UK delivery will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class.

As my ceramic work is one of a kind and cannot be identically replicated, UK orders that include two or more items will be sent 'Signed for' by Royal Mail as standard. All 'ready to wear' items and custom orders will also be sent 'Signed for' as standard. Where 'Free delivery is applicable, items will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Standard delivery includes compensation of up to £20 GBP value. 1st Class 'Signed for' includes compensation of up to £50 GBP. There is also the option to purchase 'Special Delivery' tracked and insured (up to £500 GBP value) for larger orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
International orders are sent by 'Standard International' Royal Mail. Standard International delivery from the United Kingdom is not tracked, but is insured up to a value of £20. For peace of mind, you may select the 'Tracked' option, at an additional cost, which includes insurance of up to £50 GBP. I obtain a 'Proof of Postage' Certificate with all orders, tracked and untracked, that is available upon request.

***For orders that qualify for free shipping to the USA, please be aware that £20 GBP is the maximum compensation amount, if your order is lost in transit.***

LOST/UNDELIVERED ORDERS:
Should your order not arrive within the estimated delivery time listed below, please get in touch with me before opening a case with Etsy or leaving negative feedback. I can process a lost claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. This process takes a minimum of 45 days to complete. As soon as the claim is approved, I will issue your refund. Please contact me if you need any information for completing the online form.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
Please note that sometimes International orders get held up at customs causing longer delivery times.

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-10 weeks
Canada: 2- 10 weeks
Europe (EU & Non-EU): 2-10 weeks
Ireland: 2days - 2 weeks
United Kingdom: 1 day - 2 weeks
United States: 2-10 weeks
The rest of the world: 3-10 weeks

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duty/taxes that may apply.

Regarding my product photos... all of my photos are taken by me in natural lighting and I only use photos of pieces that look the same on my screen as they do in my hand. I take the photos in various lighting conditions in order to give you an accurate idea of what the product looks like. However, as monitor configuration varies from computer to computer, screen to screen, they may appear to be different on your monitor or phone, etc. Please take this into account when you receive your item/s.
