If by any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, I guarantee money return for the item with no questions asked ONLY if the following requirements have been fulfilled:
- the item is returned in its original packaging and condition, UNUSED;
- for EU buyers, the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving an item;
- for US and other overseas buyers, the item must be returned within 28 days.
- If you wish to return an item, please contact me before sending it back. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Parcel tracking must be included. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- This does NOT applies to custom-made, made to order or personalized items.

All items are shipped via registered air mail from Kaunas, Lithuania, European Union.
I always use the address from your Etsy receipt, so if you want the package to be shipped to another location, please write me before purchasing.
If your post office leaves you a notice about your package, if tracking shows that the package is at your local post office, it is your responsibility to pickup your package, or to schedule a redelivery, if it is available in your local post office.
I can't be responsible for lost or stolen mail.

I work alone, all work is pure handmade, and the production time varies depending on the product. Such products as felted acorns can be made in 2 - 6 business days after purchase, baby shoes, gnomes, arm warmers are made in 1 - 2 weeks, slippers can be made in 2 - 5 weeks (depending on the season). If you need your order faster than usually, please contact me before purchasing. Sometimes it is possible to shorten the processing time.

I am always happy to wrap your order as a gift if you need that. Contact me for details before purchasing as in some cases a special gift wrapping can require another shipping price.

In case the package returns to seller as unclaimed or undeliverable (not full or incorrect information was given, such as wrong or not full address, no phone number for the expedited shipping, etc.), a second shipping charge will apply. If a customer refuses to pay for the second shipping, the order will be canceled, and 70% refund for the item will be provided for the customer. Seller reserves the right to retain the value of the materials used in production (at least 30% of the item value). Shipping cost for the first shipping will not be returned. If the item was shipped with free shipping option - shipping expenses will be deducted from the value of item. No refund for custom made / made to order items.

All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the item but no less than 15 USD

In such case I recommend:
1. Verify the shipping address: double-check that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate.
2. Check with others who may have accepted it (household members, neighbors, etc).
3. Search thoroughly around your house, as it may be misplaced.
4. Contact the carrier for status and investigation.
5. Wait 24-48 hours for potential delayed delivery.
6. Check if your order is eligible for Etsy's Purchase Protection program, and you can get a full refund from Etsy.

I am truly sorry, but as a super small one woman business (purely handmade), I'm unable to be responsible for lost or stolen mail, but I can offer a certain discount on your future orders.
