Shipping
We ship from Portugal, Europe, within 2 to 4 business days after payment is received.
Shipping by international priority airmail.
Priority mail does not include tracking number - only insurance provides a number.
Insurance:
Insurance is available for extra $4 per order. Only Insurance provides a tracking number. If you wish insurance please contact us before purchase so I can update the listing.
In orders over 50$ we ship by insured mail for no extra fee :)
Shipping times:
International shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days to Europe and 5 to 12 business days to other countries - it can take longer due to customs, weather or other issues out of my control.
Packaging:
We put the same love in packaging as I do in making Jewelry.Packages are always different and always sweet :)
You'll receive your package in a bubble envelope for protection
Shipping charges include actual shipping costs, packaging and handling.

Size
W use standard lengths for necklaces and bracelets, but if you need a different size, just ask and we'll be glad to inform you!
Color
If you see an item you like but would like it in another color, email or convo us, we won't always be able to make it, but we will try our best!
Jewelry Care
Our jewelry is made with very good quality materials but some are plated and should be taken special care.
Please avoid any water contact to prevent damages (lotions or perfume might also damage the metals); If possible clean the piece with a soft dry fabric once in a while to remove dust and body oils.
If you see any tarnishing or patina please use a little bit of lemon juice or a polishing fabric to remove it.. Your jewelry will last a long time if you take care of it :)
