How soon will you ship my order?

All items ship within 3 days of receiving your order and payment (except for weekends and holidays, or custom and wholesale orders). If you need your items more quickly, you may choose Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express from the drop-down menu at check-out.

Do you refund shipping overages?

Occasionally, shipping on your item will cost less than anticipated (less than you paid at checkout). I do refund shipping overages in excess of $1.00. Rest assured that I will always package and ship your item at the lowest cost possible to you (unless you specifically choose Priority or Express shipping).

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

While I am not a wholesaler, it's my pleasure to offer you a discount if you need quantities over 25 of any item. I do not typically maintain large inventories. If I do not have the quantity you need in stock, I'll gladly place a custom order for you from the manufacturer. Your items will be shipped to you within 24 hours of arriving to me. Some items are manufactured overseas. Wait times can be as short as 1 week and as long as 4 weeks. Alternatively, you may also make use of the discount codes listed on our shop home page.

Can I place a custom order?

While I'm happy to attempt to accommodate custom orders, I cannot guarantee I'll be able to. Our jewelry supplies are manufactured by third parties. If you need specific jewelry findings or components, I will gladly search for them for you. If I do find what you need, I will quote you a price. If you accept it, I will then create a custom listing for you. Upon receipt of your payment, I will place an order with the manufacturer. Your items will be shipped to you within 24 hours of arriving to me. Some of our items are manufactured overseas. Wait times can be as short as 1 week and as long as 4 weeks.

How can I change an incorrect mailing address?

If you entered your mailing address incorrectly when placing your order, please contact me via private message immediately to inform me of the correct address. If you do not correct your address before I ship your item, I cannot be responsible for tracking or replacing the items you purchased, nor for any shipping delays or losses. However, if your package is eventually returned to me by the post office, I will issue a refund for the cost of the items, minus the amount you paid for shipping.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. I will ship your items via the United States Postal Service International First Class Mail. Please be aware that once your package exits the United States and enters your country's postal system, it can no longer be tracked and neither I, nor the US Postal Service, can be held responsible for shipping delays, loss of your package, or damage to the items you purchased. If you prefer to pay more for tracking and/or insurance on your package, please contact me before you place an order. Additionally, please inform yourself about your country's customs tariff laws prior to placing an order. You alone are responsible for paying all fees your country's customs agents may assess.
