Our products are created with many different items and are made to order, making it difficult to keep large quantities of all the supplies needed for each item. Feel free to contact us to see if we can create your order sooner than the processing time listed.

Any order involving customization (invitations, cards, custom orders, etc.) will come with a digital proof with your information/changes. You must approve your digital proof prior to your order being sent to print.

For most items, the processing time is indicated on the individual listing and is about 3-5 business days. However, if you are ordering a larger quantity than available, the processing time may be longer depending on the supplies available, contact us for a more accurate time!

Items that have been customized/personalized cannot be refunded. If you have ordered a non-customized item, you can return it so long as it is unused and in its original condition. The cost of the item will be refunded once returned, however, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

We may be able to rush your order and complete it before the regular processing time depending on our current order queue. Please contact us regarding the rush order and we'll let you know if we can complete it within your time frame. Rush order fees apply depending on the size of your order. You may also want to consider Priority or Priority Express shipping!

A "Sample" only includes the card and it comes with sample text (no personalization) so that you can see how the card looks in person. It will be sent to you via First Class Mail.

If you purchased "Sample with Tracking" it also includes tracking so you can see when your order will arrive. If you need your sample quickly, you can select "Sample with Tracking" and upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout.

For most designs, the colors can be changed complimentary. However, do to the complexity of certain designs, some are very time consuming to change the colors. For those complex designs a "Recolor" will need to be purchased in addition to the cards (http://etsy.me/2tWzIGW). If a Recolor is necessary to alter the colors of a design, it will be specified on that listing. If you're unsure, feel free to ask about a specific design!

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times as USPS does not guarantee ship dates (including Priority shipping). Items needed by a certain date should always be purchased well in advance. If your items include customization or personalization, returns cannot be accepted. If you order has no customization, you are welcome to return the unused/unopened item(s) and the cost of the item(s) excluding shipping costs will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

It's always recommended to order invitations well before the event date, at least four weeks (much longer if you are ordering internationally). By doing so you will allow enough time for the design & proofing process, processing time to create your order, and shipping time as delays in shipping can occur. This way, you will allow enough time for yourself to address and mail out your cards and allow your guests enough time to RSVP if it's requested.

Party decor can be ordered closer to the event date, just make sure you allow enough time for processing, shipping (and any unexpected delays that could occur),and enough time for you to set up for your event!
