Frequently asked questions
SHIPPING: When will my item ship?
It is my goal to get your handmade items shipped within 5-7 business days, if not sooner. However, wait times may vary depending on my order queue and the time of year. Please scroll down under each item description to see the estimated shipping time frame. Please note that those date ranges are simply an estimate. Often times, your item will ship sooner. To be safe, if you need an item by a certain date, don't be afraid to ask:).
RUSH ORDERS: Do you offer rush shipping options?
If I can meet your desired timeline, I am happy to offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express shipping options. I appreciate it if you contact me PRIOR to purchasing the item(s) so I can adjust the shipping cost before you order. If you order first and then inquire about rush shipping, I will send you a second invoice to cover the additional shipping cost, assuming I can accommodate the request.
Please note that rush shipping only accounts for how quickly the item arrives once it leaves my studio. It does not speed up the time of production. Again, if an item is needed by a certain date, just let me know and I'll do my best to assist you!
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME: When I can I expect to receive my order?
You will receive a shipping notification once your item leaves my studio. My default shipping method is First Class Mail, which usually takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive within the US. International delivery times vary quite a bit by country, so please order your item(s) as far in advance as possible to ensure you receive your order on time.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Am I allowed to return my item?
While I stand by every item in my shop, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 15 days from the date of purchase to determine the best course of action. No blind returns will be accepted.
If it is determined that your item is eligible for a return, the item must be received in original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned in original, unused condition will be replaced or fully refunded, less shipping and handling. Unless the item was damaged or the incorrect item was sent, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
CUSTOMIZATION: Are you open to customizing my order?
Yes! Depending on the item, just contact me to let me know what you'd like and I'll let you know if it's possible. I can do a variety of color options for banners, different size options for stationery, etc. While I may not be able to customize every single item in my shop, there's a good chance I can assist you with your request, so just ask!
WHOLESALE: Do you offer wholesale options?
It depends. Some of my products lend themselves better than others to wholesale discounts. Please contact me if you are interested and we can discuss prices along with a minimum order.
SALES & DISCOUNTS: Do you offer sales or discounts?
During certain times of the year, I may offer sales that are good for a certain percentage off your order. Check the "Shop Announcement" at the top of my homepage for any current promotions.
I may consider offering a discount for large orders, but given the time and care that goes into making each handmade item, it is not always possible for me to reduce my prices on certain items. Never hurts to ask!
