Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Postage Costs & Combined Orders

If you buy several items in any single order, or separate orders which are combined into one, any overpayment of post and packing will be refunded back to your payment account once your parcel has been packed and weighed.

Damaged Items & Postal Delays

If an item arrives damaged please be kind enough to supply me with a photograph/s of the damage to enable me to make a claim against whichever office have damaged it. A full refund of cost and postage will be made in this circumstance.

If the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to Royal Mail policies, that is an issue to address with your local Royal Mail facility. Certain times of the year and certain circumstances such as Christmas and Industrial Action may cause severe delays and these are beyond my control.

Item Lost in the Mail

Although I cannot be responsible for the postal service, I do want you to end up with a lovely item. I will replace or refund your order at no charge if it does not arrive within:
15 Business Days from the date of posting if you are in the UK.
35 Business Days from the date of posting if you are in any other country (due to potential customs delays/severe weather delays).
Missing Parcels UK - Please notify me no later than 15 business days from shipping if your parcel is missing.
Missing Parcel International - Please notify me no later than 35 business days from shipping if your parcel is missing.

I No Longer Want the Item (Not Yet Shipped/Already Shipped)

If you change your mind about your purchase and it's not yet shipped, contact me within 2 hours and you will receive a full refund of cost and postage. If you contact me later than 2 hours after ordering and your parcel has already been packed, you may be charged a fee to cover packaging materials.

If you change your mind about your item has already been shipped contact me within 14 days of receipt and return within 30 days of receipt. You must contact me first. You will be entitled to a full refund of item cost and original postage. Item must be securely packaged and in the same condition it was shipped in. Items received back which are not in re-sellable condtion will not be refunded. Return costs to be paid by the buyer.

UK Legislation
