Care instructions
We recommend washing our apparel with a phosphate-free detergent in cool water. Air dry to prevent fading, shrinking, and to preserve the quality.
Sizing details
Please order sizes carefully, as each item is custom made for you, so all sales are final.
If there has been an error on our part, please let us know and we'll do our very best to make things right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What is your current turnaround time?
Current turnaround time is 2-3 week. This does not include weekends, holidays or mailing time by the USPS.
Cancellations
I only accept cancellations within 1 hours of the purchase. After 1 hours, not only have I begun planning on and working on your order but Etsy will also charge me a fee for your order. Within 1 hours I am happy to cancel an order with no questions asked. I will never accept a cancellation after 2 hours for neglecting to read the policy on production time. Therefore PLEASE read the entire policy and understand the production and shipping timeframe BEFORE placing your order.
Because of the nature of our items, I can't accept returns or exchanges. No exceptions!
No refund or exchanges on Custom Orders or Rush Orders. There is a 20% restocking fee for anything canceled order. No exceptions!
International Charges
*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS* - Please understand that Mami’s Little Muse is charging you strictly a shipping and handling fee! This fee has nothing to do with any fees or taxes that your country may charge for your items coming from the US! Your items will come first class mail with tracking. Your items are packed with care, knowing they are going across the world! If you would like to purchase a additional insurance, please convo us before so that we can charge you appropriately! Thank you for your understanding in this matter and we are happy to now offer our items internationally!
Wholesale availability
We only offer wholesale orders to local brick and mortar retailers.
Returns and exchanges
We do not refund due to the arrival of late packages. We always ship our packages (U.S. Orders only) via 3-5 day first class mail. We attempt to send packages the quickest and most affordable way possible. If a package is lost/late or missing, we cannot issue refunds. A claim must be filed with us postal service. We also do not refund costs due to expedited requests sent with your order. Please contact us directly if you have an expedited order request. If we can accommodate your order, we certainly will! Due to the laws pertaining to sanitation as well as liability issues for allergic reactions, there are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or returns, as items cannot be resold as new unless there is a defect in the product.
