Part of my collection of nineteen fifties wallpaper sample books.
I work from home and I often use our prized 1950s dinette table as a packing area.

Tipsy for retro!

I have always loved old stuff. I have collections of rusty bits of metal, linoleum that has been ripped out of old houses, heart-shaped rocks, old toys, wallpaper sample books, vintage pottery and 1950s dishware.

In contrast I don't like a lot of visual "noise" in my environment. Etsy is the perfect vehicle for me: I can experience the thrill of the hunt without adding to my many collections. Well...I do keep some of the retro goodies that I find!

I am co-owner of Pop-up Art School and I sell vintage on Etsy and in a local antique co-op. I live with my husband, two boys, two cats and a dog south of Boston, in an old house.
