Shipping

We use DHL, GLS and Spedition Companys to ship throughout the World. Packaging is the key to ensure products are always received in top condition.

All Items are insured to the value of the item. Expedited shipping is available.

Delivery within Berlin is available through third party vendors, from €30 for the smaller Tables and from €60 for larger Tables.


Delivery FAQ

How fast is regular delivery?

The entire production process is 8 weeks. Delivery varies, but we are currently advising between 5 - 10 days shipping, with USA being 8 - 10 days.



How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will contact you directly to arrange the delivery date and time with you. Please make sure you provide us with contact details (phone number and address) upon ordering so we can contact you to arrange delivery as quickly as possible.


If I have ordered several items, will they all be delivered at once?

Mostly, your items will be delivered together. Occasionally they will arrive separately, but this is not the norm. We like to track our carbon footprint as much as possible, that’s why we’re dedicated to making as few deliveries to you as possible.


How can I change my delivery address?

Can I provide additional delivery instructions?

You can provide detailed delivery instructions when we arrange the courier and delivery process with you. Any instructions you have should be given to us either via telephone or email.


Where do you ship to?

Hardman Design ship across the World. Whilst delivery times are different between Europe and the rest of the World, we take custom orders from many countries outside of Europe.



THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW WHEN ORDERING FURNITURE WITH HARDMAN DESIGN & BUILD

Please note that your order may consist of several packages and could be delivered on different days. I you only receive a partial delivery and in the following days the rest of the furniture does not arrive, please contact us immediately.

Incomplete or incorrect delivery should be reported as soon as possible directly to our costumer service via mail to: info [!at] hardmandesign.build.

Due to past experiences when you receive a package you must either:

*open the package in the presence of the driver, check the merchandise and only then sign the acknowledgement of acceptance of undamaged goods,
**or insisting the driver makes a note that you have NOT YET inspected the contents of the shipment

In case of damage please keep the packaging and documents to the package and product.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of package.

Even though we work with utmost care, it can happen that an order is mixed up, was packed incorrectly or some other assistance is needed. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us as right away and we will do our very best to fulfil your needs. Whatever happens, we want only 100 % satisfied customers!

What is the production process?

Firstly, contact us to discuss the furniture you would like. We’ll then design your piece, send you sample materials, and generate a quote. Once you are 100% happy to proceed and your order is placed, we’ll move onto the build, handcrafted in the Hardman Design workshop. We’ll send you production pictures throughout the manufacturing process. On completion, you will receive detailed images of your finished piece. After we’ve received your final approval, we will ship your furniture to you, delivered by our delivery team. Then, you can enjoy your piece for generations.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide and can supply a shipping quote should you be interested. Please message me.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes. Most of the projects are customized in some way by our clients. Customization of any piece is possible at no extra cost, however, overall size increases will be reflected in the final price.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Each of our products come with our very own 5*, 5 year guarantee. This guarantee covers the structural integrity of your furniture and all of its components, as well as covering against faults or defects from manufacturing. Under this guarantee, we will supply you with a new replacement part, partial refund or a complete new unit, depending on the nature of the claim.


I do not like the colour of my product - can I return it?

If you don’t like the colour of the product, you should contact us immediately. We put the customer at the centre of the creation and production process to make sure what you receive is what you expect. But in suh case of this, drop us a call or email, and we’ll follow it up ASAP.
