What is "Custom" and what is "Made to Order?"

Almost every item in this shop is custom made for you or ordered from a Print on Demand production house. This means that there are Final sale item, pattern may appear larger or smaller than shown, and monitors may not reflect exact colors. Deal with it, these are some of the coolest things you will ever own so be happy.

Each and every order is made upon demand, either by hand or by one of our partners. This means this is a 100% custom shop, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except for very special circumstances.

How do I place a custom order?

Please message me first. Please don't buy an item and then ask me to customize it in some strange and bizarre way that can't be done on earth. I only do that for lots more money. Regular custom requests are much more affordable.

What happens after I order? Are there hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs. You pay upfront for your portrait, and we agree on how many times (if any) you may request a revision. All the prices are laid out in each listing. Sometimes there is a fee for shipping to certain countries, and occasionally a special packaging fee to keep something safe in travel. But that's it. I'm honest to a fault and strive to be only slightly imperfect.

How Long Will it Take? What if you cannot do it? Will I get my money back?

Custom orders can take up to 30 days. I will tell you what the waiting period is, depending on how many people are ahead of you waiting for their amazing pet portrait.

After 2 communications we feel we cannot do what you ask, we will refund your order.

Portraits: If we have not started and it is within 24 hours of placing your order we will refund you in full.

Items: refund/cancel only if the company has not started the item, that's usually only within a few hours.
OF COURSE I'll work with you. I'm not heartless.
