I use all sorts of materials in my collages - beads, buttons, broken jewellery, shells, stones, seedheads to name a few -
Creating something new from something old -
I reuse all sorts of materials - the glass I found whilst digging in the garden, the beads from a broken Xmas decoration -
Ribbon & trim stash: chocolate boxes, those annoying ribbons shops put inside tops, label cords, I keep them all! -
Nothing goes to waste, the frayed edge of an old pair of old jeans adds texture and depth to this coastal scene..
