The frame is designed specifically for silhouettes. It is made of durable, high quality black plastic with a hand-painted gold trim. The overall dimensions of the frame are approximately 9 1/2 " high x 7 1/2 " wide with a depth of approximately 1 1/4 ". Please view the additional listing photos for an example of what the back looks like. I chose this frame because of its classic design and suitability for silhouettes. If plastic is not to your liking please consider an unframed version of this silhouette, available in a variety of sizes.

This Pomeranian silhouette is not a print. The artwork is made using specialized scissors and silhouette paper to create a traditional cutting ready to slip in a frame and hang on the wall. All of the designs in Silhouette My Pet were originally created by the artist and owner of this shop, through a combination of hand drawing and intricate paper cutting.

The default color option (as shown in the main listing photo) is a classic BLACK silhouette on a WHITE watercolor paper background.

Up to two lines of personalized text can be added to your order free of charge. More lines can be added on request, but the silhouette may need to be adjusted in size in order for the extra text to fit. Please contact me if you would like to see a proof of your design with the text applied before purchase.

Framed silhouettes are bubble wrapped and boxed. Unframed artwork is packaged in plastic sleeves and sent in a stiff mailer envelope. All artwork is shipped via USPS.
