*** CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER ***
In order to ensure a smooth and fast production time, we can only accept changes to your order if they are received within 12 hours of placing the order. Any order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

Your order will be individually handmade by us so please allow between 1 - 3 business days for your jewellery item to be made in our studio. We will endeavor to ship your item immediately once it has been made. Please note that all delivery times quotes here do not include the time to make your item.

WE SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY

WE offer four shipping options as follows:

- STANDARD SHIPPING by AN POST
This is the most economical shipping option. Items shipped within Ireland and the UK should be received by you within 2 - 7 business days of postage. Shipping times for items shipped to Europe, the US and the Rest of the World will vary according to your own country's postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for your item once it is shipped by us, as it is up to your own country's postal service and items posted by standard post will not have a tracking number.

- REGISTERED, TRACKED, INSURED SHIPPING
With registered post you will receive a tracking number for your order and you will be able to follow it through the shipping process. Tracked post includes insurance for your item as follows:
* The full value of the order is covered in the UK and Ireland
* The order is insured up to the value of €35 in the US and the Rest of the World
In the unlikely event of your order not being received by you, you are responsible for claiming the insurance for your order.

- EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you need your order urgently, we can offer you express shipping which is a very fast service and can be tracked through the shipping process. Approx delivery times are as follows:
* Ireland - 1 - 2 days
* UK - 3 - 4 days
* Europe and Rest of the World - varies depending on country

- EXPRESS, TRACKED, COURIER - GLS
We offer delivery by tracked, courier service within Ireland, the UK and Europe. Please provide an address where somebody will be available to sign for the parcel. Courier options are provided with each item to Ireland and the UK. If you are in Europe and would like your item shipped by courier, this is also possible but please contact us as the price varies by country. Approximate delivery times are as follows:
- Ireland and Northern Ireland - 1 day
- Mainland UK - 2 days
- Scotland - 3 days
- Europe - 3 - 5 days depending on the country

CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

To keep your jewellery in great condition and to prevent tarnish we recommend the following:
- Take your item off for sports, swimming and before bed
- Store your jewellery items in an air-tight container or jewellery box
- Store items carefully to prevent scratching
- Prevent your jewellery from coming into contact with perfume, moisturiser or lotions which can all cause tarnish. Ensure that these are well absorbed before wearing your jewellery.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY

Sterling Silver:
It is natural for some tarnishing of sterling silver over time due to exposure to the elements.
Use a silver polishing cloth to remove light tarnish.
For heavier tarnish clean your jewellery with 2 tablespoons of baking soda in hot water. Leave to soak until the piece is bright and shiny. Rinse in cold water and buff with a very soft, cotton cloth.

Gold Filled:
Although Gold Filled jewellry will not tarnish, it will get dirty. The oils from your skin transfer to the metal and need to be washed off from time to time. The easiest way to care for it is to scrub it with an old soft toothbrush and a mild dish washing liquid. Rinse it well and lay on a towel to dry. Be sure it is completely dry before storing.
