When can I expect delivery of my order?

are custom made specifically for each order and therefore ship within 3 business days. The delivery date is then determined by the shipping method you select at checkout.
Delivery date = production time + shipping time
Each listing has detailed information about any production time and the different shipping options available but please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
What is a preview?
A preview is an option for all customized tattoo designs. The preview is a PDF of the tattoo (with a watermark; you will NOT be able to reproduce the design) sent prior to production for customers who prefer a chance to see a preview of the design. Preview are sent no later than 1 business days after purchase. Once the preview is sent you will have 12 hours to communicate changes before your order goes into production. I will send preview as soon as possible so you may receive the preview during non business hours (if that's an issue please discuss with me before purchase). So please be on the lookout for the preview if you'd like that option.

*** The USPS guarantees the delivery of Priority Express within 1-2 business days and provides refunds if they should fail to deliver by that date (see usps.com for refund exceptions & more information). But ONLY Priority Express is guaranteed; both First class and Priority offer EXPECTED delivery dates and the USPS will not provide refunds for late deliveries. Therefore I cannot offer you a refund if your order doesn't arrive within the dates expected of First-Class or Priority Mail.***
USPS Insurance Against Loss or Damages: Domestic & International
Insurance is included w/ both Priority (up to $50) & Priority Express (up to $100) in case of loss or damage. INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF STANDARD FIRST CLASS MAIL, INCL. INTERNATIONAL MAIL. SO I CANNOT PROVIDE A REFUND FOR FIRST CLASS THAT THE USPS LOSES OR DAMAGES. So if you'd like insurance for packages sent via first class mail (or to cover the difference in value of larger value items sent either via Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail), please let me know & I'll set up a custom listing for you.
Claims for lost packages can be claimed 30 days after mailing & must be submitted before 60 days. If your package qualifies for a claim please let me know right away & I'll file the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
International Shipping
Delivery times to international destinations via USPS first class mail vary significantly due to custom inspections, but standard USPS international shipping is expected (not guaranteed) to reach international destinations in 7-21 business days. (Tracking updates on first class mail are often unavailable as they depend on the receiving country's postal service to update USPS with information)
Expedited, insured and date certain guaranteed shipping alternatives are available for an additional fee depending on location. Please contact me for more information.
Customs tax may be applicable on international deliveries.
Instant Downloads
As soon as you pay, a download notification email will be sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy (separate from any transaction notification emails). And you can also access your downloads thorough your account if you go to You > Purchases and Reviews and then click Download Files. Here you'll find the links to start editing on Canva!
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the product, all custom orders and digital download orders are final. So please don't hesitate to ask any questions before purchase. And of course you're always encouraged to contact me after a sale if you have any questions or concerns.
Shipping Address Changes
Realized that the shipping address you checked out with is incorrect? Assuming your order hasn't already been ship, it's possible to correct this! Please contact me right away with the *complete* updated delivery address and I'll let you know if there's still time to manually change that for you.
*include the recipient's name which should either be the name of the current resident or include the current resident with C/O with the recipient's name; USPS can be sticklers about this so please make sure the address you provide is accurate to prevent delays or misdelivery.
