Frequently asked questions

I’ve ordered…what now?

Your purchase will be generously wrapped in clean bubble wrap, nestled in lots of clean styrofoam peanuts and packaged in an appropriately sized sturdy box purchased specifically for it.

We will have your item in the mail within 1 to 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

You should receive your item within 3 to 5 days after we ship it.

Insurance and tracking are included so you can follow its travels to your address.

How quickly will you ship my purchase?

All orders ship via USPS within 1 to 2 business days after cleared payment is received. If a holiday or weekend day falls during those days, your purchase will ship on the next regular business day. Please be sure that the address you give me is the current address where you live.

How fast can I expect to receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturday via Priority Mail, mostly within the continental United States. Packages should be received approximately 3 to 5 business days after shipping. Items shipped to Canada can take up to 2 weeks, possibly longer if delayed in customs.

Once shipped, can I track my order?

Yes, all items are insured and ship with a tracking number.

What about returns, exchanges or cancellations?

We DO accept returns but no exchanges or cancellations. But please contact us if you have a problem with your order.

I describe my items to the best of my ability, including clear photos and measurements. The photos are an important part of my description so please study them closely. With good descriptions, clear photos and all the questions you need answered, hopefully we can eliminate the need for a return.

In the event of an item that is damaged in transit, photos of damage must be sent to me in order to process a claim. A return may not be necessary in that case and you will be refunded in full once the claim has been paid to me.

Will you reserve an item for me?

Of course! I’d be happy to reserve an item for you for up to seven days. At which time the item will be removed from hold and available to everyone again. However, if a problem arises and you need a little extra time just let me know. We’ll work it out.

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! I’m happy to. Etsy will automatically combine shipping on items you add to your cart. If you’re concerned that the shipping amount doesn’t seem right, please contact me and I’ll put the package together with your address to get a more exact price.

Will the packing slip show purchase and shipping price?

No.

Who pays VAT, customs / import fees?

We do not. You, as the buyer, are responsible for paying these fees…or any other customs fees / import fees that may apply when shipping internationally. We will not mark your purchase as a “gift” on the label because this is illegal, so please don’t ask. Thank you.

Who pays for return shipping?

The BUYER always pays to return an item. (See Shop Policies for more detailed information.)
