Created with gorgeous gemstones, Swarovski crystals, pearls, Czech glass, a variety of metals and other quality materials, these lovely pieces make a special gift for someone you care about...including yourself! I create all of my earrings with quality ear wires ranging from sterling silver to gold filled to niobium, a man made hypoallergenic metal. If you see earrings you like but prefer a different metal, please just message me! I also welcome custom orders and will accommodate using alternate colors of beads if I have them in stock.

She has a variety of beads to choose from and is very creative putting them together. She goes out of her way to make sure the bracelet will fit nicely. My new Czech glass red beaded bracelet is beautiful and distinctive.

Working in my studio, planning bead placement in a gemstone and copper necklace, while listening to podcasts. -
I study metal arts; this is my spot in class. I was given a jewelers bench and tons of tools so I have a lot to learn! -
My favorite part of metal arts is texturing metal and adding patinas to make cuffs and earrings findings. -
Designing a summery memory wire bracelet, deciding how to place the beads and what to include on the flower dangle. -
I spent quite a few years doing bead weaving. It's a very enjoyable process but it takes good eyesight, for sure!

Solana Kai Designs is named after my children. Solana means ‘sunshine’ and Kai means ‘ocean’. It is those natural elements, along with the rest of nature’s bounty, that inspire me. I hope you enjoy my unique artisan jewelry and window crystals!!
