Shipping Method
US: FCM, with tracking #, no insurance, via my carrier and USPS. NOTE: I cannot be responsible on any lost, non delivery or damages if no insurance coverage was purchased. I cannot ask a refund to the post office if no insurance was taken.

Canada: standard rate via Canada Post, no tracking number and no insurance coverage, clearly, this means that I am NOT responsible for lost, non-delivery or damages, unless these options purchased.

Europe, Australia and International: with a tracking number and insurance coverage, via a Canadian carrier and USPS or other Post company.

Verify your delivery address in your etsy's profil, no modification or cancellation is possible when your package is in my carrier hands.

I work hard to process your orders asap, according to my carrier schedule. It is always possible to speed up delivery with the faster postal service, additional fees are applicable.

Canadians can purchase tracking number, but tracking is given only if there is a delivery problem, pls convo me.

Yes, It is possible for some jewels or accessories to be personalize or modify, however, you must imperatively contact me before placing any order to have my approval. If however, a note is left to my attention before approval, the processing of the order will be automatically delayed to see if the request is feasible.

Note that all charms are manufactured by suppliers and that to customize the text minimum quantities are required, between 40 pcs -1000 pcs per style.
For lack of tools and machines, I do not offer handstamping or engraving. Thanks

Most of my jewels come with a gift tag made of homemade craft, thank you to consider this aspect when you buy from my shop ;)

Antique color: This means that a black patina was used to highlight certain aspects of jewelry and give an ancient look to the jewel. It is normal to see black effects on the jewelry.

Product Description: Most products have a size, material, color description. Pictures are slightly enlarged to show details, so it is important to read all sizes info and to look at all pictures :)

Antique finish is used to give an older look or to bring out the detail or give relief to the charm, a black patina is used. The black patina remains in the folds or in the flat surfaces of the charm.

Care Instructions
All metal alloy pieces (zinc, copper, rhodium...) over time, may change color and must be cleaned with an anti-tarnish products, this is a characteristic of this type of metal.

In case a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address, I will re-send the package when buyer paid for the postage for re-shipping the package. In the case the buyer no longer wants the order, 20% restocking fees will be charged before issuing a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. No refund on custom order.
