PASTEL HAIR FAQ
1. The whiter your hair, the better the pastel. Having toned platinum hair is the best way to achieve the perfect pastel of any shade.
2. If your hair has yellow tones, use a toner first.
3. The color of the dye determines how long it stays. Pinks and reds latch on to hair the longest, then purples and blues, after that green, orange and yellows, and lastly silver or white.
4. Pastel shades are more temporary than darker colors. Pastel shades have less concentrated pigment so they are more temporary.
5. No color dyes are permanent. All un-natural colored dyes are temporary, so dyeing your hair every month is usually necessary to keep up a vibrant color.
6. The yellow in your hair can make blue tones green. Yellow + Blue = Green, so a light turquoise should always look more blue than green in the bottle to create a blue-green final result.
7. Heat, excessive washing, swimming, harsh shampoos, and sun can all accelerate the fading of your color.
8. If you need to fade your color faster, Vitamin C powder crushed up with shampoo can help.

4 out of 5 starsSo I put it on last night. Left it on for 45 minutes. Didn’t really take. My hair is a light grayish blonde. I went to sleep and tried again. Left it on for 45 minutes. BEAUTIFUL. Love the color. It isnt salon grade dye so i didn’t expect it to be bright. But after re doing it. It exceeds my expectations. Shipping was fast. I bought a green too so I’ll write a review when I try that

5 out of 5 starsThis is a very pretty color but it does seem to bleed out quite a bit, more so than the Juniper color by Lunar Tides which we’ve used previously. Aside from that it becomes a vibrant teal especially if your hair is bleached. Pleasant scent and leaves hair conditioned and very soft.
