Where are you located?
You are here! We are an online store based out just south of Atlanta. We currently do not have a physical retail location and operate exclusively online.
Can I make a change to my order?
In order to maintain our fast and efficient processing times, we are unable to make any changes to a confirmed online order. The website checkout process offers multiple opportunities to confirm your order. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting including shipping methods, personalization and quantities. Of course, we are always happy to help if you have any questions before placing an order.
Can I mail you something I own to personalize?
We are unable to accept outside items to personalize.
I want to place a bulk order. Do you offer discounts?
Of course! Everyone has a different definition of a bulk order, so please contact us with the quantity you are looking for, item name and other information that would be needed so we can get you a quote. Contact us at hello@craftedsewistco.com!
Do you offer shipping upgrades or rush orders?
Shipping upgrades are available for an additional fee. You can upgrade to USPS Priority shipping at checkout. If you need your order before a certain date, please contact us before placing your order.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
We do not accept order cancellations or changes once your order has been placed to ensure our prompt turnaround time. Please be sure to double check your order and read the product description for monogram information needed before submitting your order.
Due to the nature of the customized products in our shop, we do not accept returns and no refunds will be issued. If we made an error on your item, we will gladly replace it. Please send me a message with pictures within 2 days of delivery. There will be no exchanges for a different color/product.
