The pouf itself is nice and appears to be well made. My issue with this shop is strictly communication. I trusted the 5 star reviews that she had, so I ordered and paid for my pouf without being able to chat with the owner prior (after multiple attempts to get some additional information). Almost 6 weeks went by and I heard nothing from the shop, despite, again, repeated attempts to contact her. It wasn't until I resorted to making a report to Etsy that she mailed my pouf (within an hour of me making the report). Disappointed all in all with the lack of communication of the seller.

Product is perfect- but communication was bad. I emailed asking about colors on a fabric, and never heard back---so eventually just ordered one that I could tell what the colors were. I wish communication could have been better- because the end product is fantastic.

Made me a custom pillowcase for the pouf- it is perfect! :)

I bought specifically from aletafae based on the awesome reviews & she did not disappoint. My ottoman is perfect! I have it in my baby's nursery, great match to the decor & just the right height for my leather rocker. Beautiful quality & a down right steal for a custom creation of this caliber. A similar silver Moroccan ottoman at Home Goods costs at least $150!! You do need to be patient, 2-4wks is accurate, but absolutely worth the wait. I want another for my family room!!
