Our focus is on the creation of individual, versatile and comfortable pieces. We use fabric of the highest quality only and each piece is hand crafted in Slovakia, Europe.

STANDARD shipping: via first class mail. Delivery time for US, Canada, and everywhere else : 7-10 business days. Delivery time for Europe: 2-6 business days.
EXPRESS shipping: with Fedex. Delivery time US, Canada, Europe and everywhere else : 1-2 business days. Please add one of the express shipping methods to your cart: http://bit.ly/shipping_updates
* How to TRACK your package:
We send you the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped and you can track it on the Postal service site. For United States it is USPS. Other destinations can check their orders on belonged postal service sites /sometimes they are updated online a few days later as they were shipped/
Packages with express shipping you can track on Fedex.
* IMPORTANT : If you need your purchase to arrive by a particular time, do tell me right away. Better yet, discuss it with me ahead of time so that I know what you need.
* There is a possible delay due to Customs random check. A delay of 1-2 weeks is common. And this is also the case during Christmas and New Year time.
* If you have not received your item after one month from the date it was shipped please do not leave a neutral or negative feedback. Kindly contact me and we can solve the problem together.
* Orders are shipped to your address stated on your Etsy account, et me know if you would like your order to be sent to a different address. I have difiiculties with PO BOX adresses, the items it returned to the sender sometimes, if you have another address please let me know, so I can send the item to it.
