When will my order ship?
ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY BEING PROCESSED WITHIN 1 business day.
IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER QUICK, please choose an expedited shipping option during checkout. The Post Office can be VERY unpredictable and shipping times are often delayed and can take upwards of 10 business days to arrive especially during holidays and with COVID. Priority shipments usually arrive within 3-4 days after leaving our studio. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate provided by the USPS and it is not guaranteed.
International shipping info
SHIPPING: USPS mail delivery timing can be unpredictable (1-8 weeks) depending on customs clearance and factors out of our control. Expedited shipping is available at checkout if needed. Please note that once a package leaves the USA, tracking will be limited and there is nothing we can do until it arrives.
TAXES & FEES: Taxes are collected at checkout. Any additional charges: import fees, customs charges, Royal Mail fees...etc. are not included and are buyers responsibility. Packages refused at delivery will be refunded less shipping fees once returned.
