We create all our stamps in house! We love to customize orders to suit your vision. Please note that we are unable to begin work on custom orders (including proofs) until payment is received in full. We do not accept returns on custom orders, but we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issue with your order please contact us so that we can make it right!

-We don't currently sell ink.
-You can use almost any ink pad available at your local craft or stationary store
-We recommend using fabric covered ink pads rather than spongy ink pads.
-Higher quality inks will not be runny or watery, but some cheap inks will
-We like to use Trodat inks (water soluble) and Ranger Archival Inks (permanent/waterproof) or StazOn (permanent solvent ink)

Canada Post's basic shipping option does not include tracking. We are unable to provide any information on the location of your order once it ships if you have not upgraded to include tracking at checkout. If your order has been upgraded at checkout you will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification. Note that for USA customers, after your order has moved across the border you will have to track your item via the USPS site. Though exceptionally rare, orders occasionally become lost in the postal system. We want to make sure you get your stamp! If your order has not arrived within 15 business days in North America or 30 business days international, please contact us!

Our turnaround time is fast! Usually 4 business days or less until shipping.

The majority of the time it takes your stamp to get to you is shipping time! Consider that your order may have to take several flights and cross borders to get to you. Thank you for understanding the postal system is entirely beyond our control. We do our best to accommodate rush orders and get all order out as fast as possible- if you are in a RUSH and need your order quickly, please considering upgrading to express or expedited at checkout. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee shipping times unless you purchase upgraded shipping at checkout. Shipping may take anywhere from 2-21 business days to get to you depending on location and shipping method selected.

Thank you for understanding that it is our policy not to begin work on stamps or designs (including providing examples of your concept) until after payment has been received. Please do not ask us to make a stamp from another shop's designs. Do feel free to contact us for a quote on your stamp idea!

The cheapest shipping option offered by Canada Post DOES NOT include tracking. To include tracking, upgrade your item at checkout by selecting "tracked packet" or "expedited" to USA and "ExpressPost" for Canada. For international orders contact us for a tracking upgrade quote. If you don't select tracking, we cannot provide any information on your item's whereabouts once it ships. We work to get our orders out as soon as possible and delays in the postal system are just as frustrating for us as they are for you, thank you for understanding that the postal system is unfortunately beyond our control! Cross border items may be subject to customs delays. Holidays may increase shipping time.

We currently do not offer local pick up, however local shipping is nice and quick (and free!)

Please provide as much info as possible when requesting a quote, including
1) approximate dimensions of the stamp you'd like
2) whether or not you have a design prepared (send along the design file if you have it)
3) your location
4) any other details about your stamp vision:D

We can include a gift note for you and ship directly to recipients on your behalf- just leave a note in the "Notes to seller" field or shoot us a message:D Please note that we never include prices inside the packages, however international order require us to declare a value on the shipping label on the outside of the package.
