Sizing details

I do not resize rings. If you buy a ring which needs to be resized you must take the ring to your local jewelers. Once the ring has been resized I can no longer accept a return.
Most rings can be resized one or two sizes up or down however it really depends on the type of mount and band of the ring as well as the age.
Rings can be increase in size by stretching the band or cutting into the band and adding a new piece of gold or silver to increase band size. A ring can be made smaller by cutting into the band and removing a piece of gold or silver from the band. Some rings lend themselves better for this work to be carried out.
Therefore, if you have any doubts please email me.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All jewelry and small collectible items will be packaged in a new presentation box unless otherwise stated. Sometimes items are sold in their original box however this will be stated in the listing description if this is the case.
Items too large for a presentation box will be carefully wrapped in paper and bubble wrap and either packaged in a brown bubble envelope or a brown cardboard box.
We take care to make sure all our items are wrapped and packaged securely and thoroughly with a return address on the package.

GIFT WRAPPED
If you wish an order to be gift wrapped or a card with text to be included with the order as a gift please let me know. Your order can be sent to another address as a gift.

Do you have a physical shop?

We do not have a physical shop and all our items are only available in our online shop.

How do you identify your items for sale?

All items are checked for hallmarks and makers marks etc., and stated in the listing if known.
All Diamonds are tested with a Professional Diamond Tester.
All gemstones are tested and identified for better accuracy with the following tools:
Presidium Duo Gem Tester
AGTPlus Gold Tester (sometimes an acid test can also be carried out)
Dichroscope
Chelsea Filter
UV light
Jewelers 40x magnification loupe

Do you Reserve items and offer Payment Plans?

Yes, I can reserve items for buyers who make a down payment of 40% to show they are committed to the purchase.

The item is not reserved for you until you see it marked reserved therefore if anyone buys the item during this time I will refund you your down payment.

Yes, most items are eligible for a payment plan. I am very flexible with payments so as long as a down payment has been made the rest of the cost can be paid in full within 3 months. Once the item has been reserved for you we will discuss and agree a payment plan based on 2, 3 or 4 payments to be made and the date to be paid.

Will my purchase be insured for loss or damage?

Yes, to make things safe and simple for you any purchase you make will be covered by insurance.

Please note: You will need to pay insurance for a returned item if you require insurance as not receiving a returned order means we will not be able to refund the order.

All returned items must be packaged well to be returned in the same condition. If an item has arrived damaged please send me a photo before returning. Be assured this is not likely to happen as I package extremely well but just in case.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes. Some of the items with the highest cost will most likely be sent via Fedex or DHL however if you wish your purchase to be sent via Express Delivery please check if this option is available for your order through the Postage Cost section in the listing and if the option is not available please send me a convo.

Do I get a receipt for my purchase?

You can see a receipt on your account which you can print out.

Just go to "You" located top right of the screen and then chose "purchases and reviews". Go to the relevant order and to the right you will see "print receipt".

How do I return an item.

If possible use the same packaging to ensure the item is packaged well.
Return the item within 14 days of receiving it and mark the package as a "RETURN". If you give the package to the post office to write out the label then please tell them to tick the box RETURN.
Returned items don't incur a Customs fee so if your item incurs a customs fee because you have not marked it as a return, I am not obliged to pay this. This means that the item will be held at the depot for 18 days before they return the item to you and you will then have to resend the item marked RETURN. Alternatively, I can always refund the cost of the item minus the customs fee.
Refunds: I reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping I have paid, from your refund.

Can you send my purchase to a different address?

Yes. Any purchase will be sent to the address you have in your Etsy account however if you prefer your purchase to be sent to another address please let me know by sending me an email with the new address.
