Shipping

We use Greek Postal Services and DHL Express for shipping your order.

We usually ship our orders within 3-5 days after the order is placed and the payment is cleared. They are all sent gift wrapped and placed in either a cardboard box or a bubble envelope. They are sent as registered mail, therefore, a tracking number is sent to the buyer once the order is shipped which can be used by their local Postal Services to track it. Normally, it takes about 8-10 working days for non-EU customers to receive their orders and 3-5 days for EU residents. All orders are sent using the address provided in the Etsy order. If otherwise, please let us know and we'll be happy to send it anywhere in the world you want.

Please note that delivery times are estimated. We're doing our best to have orders sent as quickly as possible but sometimes transit hiccups may cause some delays. Even though we can not be held responsible for this, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you in every way possible.

Some countries may charge customs fees. We cannot guarantee this information and buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees.

*We accept custom orders. All custom orders are paid in advance. If you have a custom request, please contact us and once all the details of your request are settled, we'll create a custom listing for you to purchase. Once the order is placed and the payment is cleared, we'll need about a week to have it ready and shipped.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are shipped gift wrapped but if you have any special request or a special note to write, please let us know.

Why DHL Express is the only option available?

Due to COVID-19 pandemic and disruptions to local Postal Services, all international orders are currently shipped using DHL Express with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 days.
Orders shipped to Canada and Australia are shipped using standard shipping by default. If you want your order to be shipped with expedited shipping, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you and give you a cost.

How COVID-19 has affected our business?

~ We currently use only DHL Express to ship our orders, due to delays involving our local Postal Services.
~ We minimized our exits from our workshop to buy materials( arranged with the suppliers to send our orders here)
~ We leave the incoming materials in the backyard for 2 days before opening them and use them.
~Whenever out or needed, we sanitize ourselves once back in the workshop.
~We disinfect our workplace with alcohol spray and wipes regularly.
~We ventilate our workshop as much as possible.
