Personalised mugs
Unfortunately we are no longer able to customise/personalise our mugs in any way.
International shipping cost
Apart from cards and keyrings, all international orders will be sent on a tracked and signed service.
Sending as a gift
We can ensure the invoice is left out of your parcel and even write a gift note if required. Just send us a message to let us know!
Delivery time
We do our best to send orders same day (weekdays if placed before 2pm)
UK -
Small items (e.g. cards/decorations) are sent 1st class.
Larger items (e.g. mugs/bowls) are sent on a Tracked 48 service.
There is an option for Tracked 24 delivery just ensure you select this at checkout.
