Etsy Payments & PayPal. E-Check orders have to wait 3-7 days for it to be cleared before shipping. If you want me to send it to a friend or family please make sure the address you put at checkout is the recipient address. Message me if you have any question.

All items are printed on-demand and sent from the USA (worldwide). The design is usually made and sent to print the same day or the next working day of the order. The estimated delivery time after the package is sent is usually 3-5 business days to the USA and 10-21 business days everywhere else. These estimates can vary depending on your location, holidays, weather, post problems or delays, etc. Please note I can not guarantee any specific delivery date. All times stated in my shop are estimates I can give due to what I've seen it usually takes during my years selling.

Australian and Canadian customers: please note orders are currently taking a bit more than usual at about 15-30 b. days. Express shipping is no longer possible. It costs $90 and takes about 10 days. Orders with express shipping selected will be notified and canceled or upgraded if paid the difference and accepted the new conditions.

Some products might ship from a different zip code than what Etsy is showing because we ship from different printers to make orders arrive faster but Etsy forces us to add only one zip code for an estimated shipping time. For example, t-shirts can be sent from Ohio, California, Minnesota, or Florida.

Please order with time if you need it by Christmas. The deadline is estimated if nothing big happens and affects the post. Please note I can not guarantee delivery dates with any shipping method as it's the post that has total control of that and if there is bad weather or the post is overwhelmed with packages, it might take them more days to deliver it than the estimated. I recommend ordering a bit sooner than the deadline. I wish I could make all orders arrive in 1 day but the delivery is beyond my control. Thank you for your understanding & Happy Holidays!

Processing time:
The processing time (time to make the item before it's shipped) is approximated and specified on each listing. Business days exclude weekends and national holidays. Processing time starts after your order is placed and if I have received all the information necessary to make your order. Missing info can delay the shipping. The processing time stated in the shop might vary slightly and take a few days more during the holidays and other busy seasons.

Packaging:
All items are sent securely in different shipping bags or boxes depending on the weight and type of item. I currently can not gift wrap orders or add personal notes inside.

Wholesale:
If you are interested in carrying NKDNA products in your shop or boutique please contact me for wholesale pricing. I accept EU VAT numbers if you are a European business.
I do not allow re-selling (dropshipping) of my items without explicit permission.
Wholesale orders can't be returned/refunded unless there was an error on my part or it arrived damaged.

Baby and kids products: all our infant products are not a toy and must be used under adult supervision always. By purchasing from our shop you agree on making NKDNA owners free of any liability. You agree the use done of our products is a direct responsibility of the adult using it.

Items shipped from and to your own country (example from USA to USA or from Europe to the EU) are excluded from custom fees of importing. For all other orders, all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred from receiving our product will be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and will have no bearing on my company. If the customer does not pay the customs fees when required by the customer's countries law, and it is returned, the item or shipping cost can not be refunded. Some printed products ship from Europe and some from the USA. It will be stated on each listing. Shipping from the EU to any place worldwide might incur custom fees. European customers: all prices include 21% of IVA (TAX).

CONDICIONES GENERALES
Las Condiciones Generales vinculan al vendedor (en adelante nkdna) y al comprador (cliente), otorgándoles una serie de derechos y obligaciones, desde el momento en que éste realiza y acepta un pedido a través de la mencionada página. Son de obligado cumplimiento y conocimiento por ambas partes, por lo que su aceptación es imprescindible para poder formalizar un pedido. Los encabezamientos de las distintas cláusulas son solo informativos y no afectarán, calificarán o ampliarán la interpretación de las Condiciones Generales. Estas Condiciones Generales se regularán por lo dispuesto en la normativa legal vigente. OBJETO DEL CONTRATO: La compraventa de los productos ofertados por nkdna en su página web, www.nkdna.etsy.com, por parte del cliente.
ACEPTACIÓN DE LA OFERTA: Se produce en el momento en el cual el cliente da su consentimiento expreso al pedido realizado, y con posterioridad a la aceptación de las Condiciones Generales. Se materializa al aceptar éstas y terminar el proceso de compra.

PAGO DE LOS PEDIDOS: Se acepta el pago a través de Paypal y tarjeta de crédito o débito a través de Etsy Payments. Clientes dentro de la Unión Europea: todos los precios incluyen el 21% de IVA Español. El precio de los productos será el que aparece en la página web en el momento de realización del pedido. El desglose de los precios se informará en la factura final. Todo cliente tiene derecho a pedir el desglose de precios previo pedido.

ENTREGA DE LOS PEDIDOS: Todos los pedidos se enviarán dentro del plazo indicado en el momento de la compra. Este puede variar sin aviso previo. El tiempo de entrega variará según región y país, y estará marcado por la empresa de envío Los pedidos enviados a través de imprentas fuera de España se enviarán a través de diferentes empresas (USPS, UPS, etc).

DEVOLUCIONES Y CANCELACIONES: Se admiten devoluciones de los productos si NKDNA ha cometido un error. Todos los productos se imprimen bajo demanda en el producto elegido, personalizandolo con el diseño que el cliente elije. Si cuando reciba su pedido no queda satisfecho, tiene un plazo de catorce (14) días naturales a contar desde la fecha de recepción de su pedido para ejecutar su derecho de devolución. Para realizar la devolución, deberá siempre informar a nkdna antes de enviarlo, una vez confirmado por nkdna, el producto deberá enviarlo a la dirección que se le pida en perfectas condiciones, sin usar y con el embalaje (excepto el sobre de envío) original. Si se incumple, el cliente deberá hacerse cargo del envío y de los costes correspondientes a la devolución y no se hará devolución por parte de nkdna del producto ni el envío original y de devolución. Una vez recibida la mercancía en nkdna y previa comprobación del correcto estado de la misma, se procederá al reintegro del importe a través de paypal o etsy payments dependiendo dónde se ha hecho el pago original. Se devolverá el importe total incluido el envío original. Los gastos de envío de la devolución del cliente a NKDNA estarán a cargo del cleinte salvo que haya habido algún error por nuestra parte. La devolución de los importes correspondientes se hará lo antes posible respetando siempre los plazos máximos marcados en el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, Texto refundido de la Ley de Defensa de los Consumidores. Es responsabilidad del cliente comprobar que el pedido le llega en buenas condiciones de embalaje antes de recoger y firmar la recogida del transportista. Si no fuera el caso, hágalo constar al transportista, no recoja el paquete y avísenos por email lo antes posible.
No se admitirá la devolución de productos personales (por higiene), ni la devolución de cualquier producto defectuoso después de la entrega debido al mal uso por parte del cliente. Si el producto llega defectuoso o erróneo, el cliente debe informar inmediatamente a nkdna. No se admiten devoluciones o cancelaciones de productos personalizados o impresos bajo demanda. Por productos personalizados se entiende la modificación del artículo original expueso en la tienda, la impresión (ejemplo: cojines, tazas u otros productos impresos) o estampación (ejemplo: sobre metal con martillo y punzón) de un diseño o texto determinado seleccionado por el cliente. Se considerarán personalizados todos los productos donde el cliente seleccione una talla, color o diseño ya que se fabrican bajo pedido para el cliente en concreto. No se admiten cancelaciones una vez el pedido ha sido enviado y no se admiten cancelaciones en productos personalizados una vez preparado.

PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES
El prestador, nkdna, cumple con la normativa española de protección de datos de carácter personal, y garantiza el cumplimiento íntegro de las obligaciones dispuestas la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD), el Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la LOPD y demás normativa vigente en cada momento, y vela por garantizar un correcto uso y tratamiento de los datos personales del usuario.

CONSENTIMIENTO AL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES DEL USUARIO
En el marco de sus actividades, www.nkdna.etsy.com, el usuario mediante el formulario de contacto (mensaje a través de Etsy o email) o la finalización de la compra, estará dando su consentimiento expreso al tratamiento de los datos personales proporcionados según lo dispuesto en el artículo 6 de la LOPD. I don't have access to your credit card information, only Etsy has, you can check Etsy's privacy policies in this case. I only have access to your PayPal email. On occasion, I may need to contact you. Primarily, these messages are delivered via Etsy message and if not possible, via email. I will only contact you if strictly necessary and order related.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for as long as my shop is open and I need to keep this information for legal purposes for at least 10 years as required by law. My dropshippers also usually keep your information for as long as the business is open.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
