Announcement    Welcome to my shop! My shop is specializing in tissue paper flowers, pompoms. Current wait time is about 5-10 business days +shipping. All orders more than $250 USD (including shipping and taxes), I will add signature confirmation. Please be sure someone to be there to receive and sign the package. All order less than $100, I use USPS Ground Advantage (USPS Ground Advantage is replacing First Class Mail) or Priority mail for all US destinations. It depends on the package. All package has tracking number. If the tracking shows "delivered," I will not refund. If you want to add signature confirmation. Please make a note about it when you make order. There will be extra charge for it. Providing correct shipping address is customer's responsibilities. If you provide USPS unverified address and package comes back to me, I cannot refund for it.
