PRINT COLORS

Please keep in mind that colors may vary slightly when printed versus what is seen on the screen due to monitor and printer variation in color. Also, colors appear slightly darker when printed versus what is on the screen. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

DIGITAL FILES

High resolution PDF or JPEG files will be delivered to you via email. If the item you purchased is an Instant Download product you will receive an email that contains a link to download it.

You are responsible for having (or having access to) the software and equipment needed to print JPEG or PDF files. To open the PDF file you will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is available at no cost at www.adobe.com.

We will do our best to assist you where we can if you're having trouble printing, but we are not responsible for troubleshooting technical issues.

FILE USAGE

Files are locked and may not be digitally modified in any way.

You may print your files at home or at a print shop as long as the printed product is for personal use.

All digital files are property of Paige Simple LLC and are designed for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Files may not be used commercially or resold. This includes mass production, sharing, selling, and/or distributing the files or the finished products. Paige Simple LLC retains all rights.

DESIGN PROOFS

If the product you ordered has a personalization or custom change we will send you a design proof for review and approval. We do not send design proofs for items that have not been altered from the original design.

All proofs are sent within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order and are sent to you through Etsy. We provide up to 2 design proofs for each item purchased. If additional proofs are required you may be charged a fee. Orders will not be printed or shipped until you have approved the design proof and answered any outstanding questions from the shop.

Most of our products will have a small logo printed on the backside. If you would like us to omit this from your purchased items, please request it upon check out.

USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY

We recommend that your photos be at a resolution of at least 300 dpi to ensure optimum print quality in the final product. We are not responsible for the print quality of low resolution photographs.

By sending Paige Simple photographs to be used on your products you certify that you hold the proper authorization from the photographer (professional or otherwise) to do so. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold Paige Simple LLC liable for any misuse of copyrighted work.

SHIPPING

All non-digital orders are shipped via the USPS and mailed via First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size of the package. These shipping services generally take 2-3 business days. Once an item leaves the shop, Paige Simple is not responsible for transit time.

All orders will be sent to the address provided to us through Etsy, not the address in PayPal. Please check that your address is correct when you're checking out in Etsy.

Once a shipping label has been created for your order an email notification will be sent to you along with a tracking number for your shipment. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available on the USPS website.

At this time we do not ship physical products internationally.

RUSH ORDERS & LOST PACKAGES

If you need an item sooner than our standard shipping schedule please contact us BEFORE you place your order to ensure we can accommodate your request. Additional fees may be required.

Ultimately, we are not responsible for lost packages, however, if you have not received your package when expected we will do our best to work with you to recover lost items. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with the delivery of your order.

BUSINESS HOURS

I am on the East Coast and a work-at-home mom. My business hours are pretty much whenever I can find some free time! I check messages at all hours of the day, but get most of my design work done after my husband gets home from work.
