We happily accept custom order requests for many items, including wrapping your own stones or mementos.

Custom orders up to $50 are payable in full prior to production. For custom orders over $50, payment may be made in installments, upon request. Custom order payments are non-refundable once production has begun.

If you are sending items to be wire wrapped, please provide a tracking number so that we may anticipate your package's arrival. Make sure to insure the item if it is of considerable value.

To ensure long life for your jewelry, please keep it dry whenever possible. While many pieces will weather occasional wet conditions just fine, repeated exposure may increase tarnish or speed the aging process.

If an item is particularly sensitive to moisture, the limitation will be noted in the individual listing. Primarily this applies to leather and painted goods.

Most jewelry items are shipped boxed. Windchimes and other larger items are generally wrapped in bubble wrap, but not boxed. If you would like your item(s) gift wrapped in paper prior to shipment, please purchase the gift wrap add on (one per item) and we'll be happy to take care of that for you. If you supply the recipient's name, we will prepare a gift tag as well, for easy identification.

Please contact the shop owner if you are interested in placing a wholesale order. Wholesale order arrangements are considered on a case by case basis and are non-refundable once production begins.

For certain items, stone selection may be available. If you would like to select your stone or prefer one of a particular size or color, please make a note in the comments at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.

If you are concerned about your item being delivered properly, you may request the addition of signature confirmation. Signature confirmation cost will be added at the current carrier rate.
