Welcome to Touchstone Vintage. We are a family business from Hampshire in the South of England with a passion for all things bijou, vintage, antique and stylish.
We have a particular love of Victorian and Art Deco jewellery as these represent the height of development in the jewellery industry and the starting point for modern artistry in jewellery design.

Payment
Touchstone Vintage accepts Paypal, debit and credit cards and Etsy gift vouchers. At this time we are unable to accept cheques or banker's drafts. However we are happy to accept payment in installments for items over £100 GBP - please send us a message and we will arrange a payment plan specifically designed around you.
Delivery
UK MAINLAND
Confusing and complicated changes to the Royal Mail policies mean we can no longer offer free UK postage as items such as jewellery, silver ware and glass are no longer automatically insured.
Items over £50 have a postage price to cover insurance and will be sent special delivery, items under £50 will be sent 1st Class signed for. Please check the listings for postage costs.
INTERNATIONAL: International postage is a complicated business so please check the following policies
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD:
- Due to changes recently implemented by Royal Mail we have increased some of our postage rates, however to give our international customers the best deal we have removed charges for multiple orders
- Where possible all Items are sent 1st class international, tracked; however higher value items will be sent requiring a signature. Please ask if you do not want to have to sign for your item
- We are currently unable to offer an expedient service as the shipping will be of a higher value than most items.
- For most items delivery dates will be between 5 and 10 days after posting.

INTERNATIONAL PRECIOUS
We are unable to send silver, gold and precious gems to certain locations. For the following countries items will be sent tracked and signed;

Europe non EU
USA
Canada
Australia (jewellery only, no flatware)
If your location is not in the list specified please contact us as we may still be able to ship but will need to work out an accurate shipping charge.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
For those locations listed above we do not charge extra for multiple orders, however if your items are heavy we ask that you contact us for an accurate shipping quote.
Customers in other countries please ask for confirmation of shipping policy as it will be determined by the exchange rate for your currency.
PLEASE NOTE: for customers outside the EU, import levies and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and Touchstone Vintage do not include these in the purchase or shipping cost.
A dispatch note/delivery invoice will be included with every purchase.

We are proud of the stock we have however our stock room is groaning with surplus. We will try to upload as much as possible however you may be after something which is not on display in our shop.
