Payment

Payment is accepted by creditcard, PayPal, iDeal or Sofort. Etsy Giftcards are accepted as well. Etsy Giftcards are available at http://etsy.com/giftcards

Make sure your region is set to be able to pay by the method of your choice (in your Etsy settings, below every page).

Please note that payment must be made directly after your order has been placed. Orders will be canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours. Contact me if a problem has occured to PayPal.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship internationally, as regular lettermail by the Dutch postal service to keep costs low. Therefore no tracking number will be provided.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time as described below is an indication, based on information given by the Dutch Postal service. These specific timeframes are not guaranteed.

The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
European countries: 2-9 business days
USA: 3-6 business days
Other countries: 3-14 business days

IMPORTANT
It is not possible to change the shipping address or any other order details once the order has been placed. I will ship to your Etsy address by default. If you want your order shipped to another address, please let me know in the 'message to seller' at checkout. The buyer has the responsability to make sure that the shipping address listed in Etsy or any other given address is specified and spelled correctly.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
For shipping to Dutch addresses, it is possible to choose a certain delivery date. The regular timeframe for delivery within The Netherlands is 1-3 business days. If you want your order delivered later, fill in the desired DELIVERY date in the 'message to seller' at checkout. Usually your package will be delivered one day after shipping, except for sundays, mondays and Dutch holidays. In this way your package will be send one business day before the desired delivery day.

SHIPPING UPGRADES
A tracking number is available upon request. Additional shipping cost will be charged. Please contact me before placing an order, so I can calculate the shipping costs of your order. It is not possible to request a tracking number once the order is placed. When the tracking number is known, you will receive an email and/or personal message on Etsy.

HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Generally, shipping around any holiday is unpredictable, regardless the shipping method. Take this in consideration when you want your order delivered before a certain date. The best option is to order as early as possible.

CUSTOM FEES
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes and additional postal fees. Please note that in some countries, fees may be equal to or more than the cost of the original package. Refer to your local customs agency for any additional information and the amount of costs. Custom clearance can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.

SHIPPING ISSUES AND REFUNDS
All items are wrapped with care and each order is carefully checked before shipping. I will refund or exchange any items that have been damaged during shipping. Please contact me, and keep all packaging materials associated with your order.

I will refund or replace lost packages. International shipped packages will be considered as lost after 90 days after shipping, packages shipped within The Netherlands will be considered as lost in 10 days after shipping. If you did not receive the package in this timeframe and you have a tracking number, you could check with your local post office to help in determining the location of the package. Packages without tracking number are impossible to locate.

In all other cases, I can not give a refund or replace an order as a result of a shipping issue.

By placing an order you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned on all pages of my Etsy shop.

Due to a short processing time, it is not possible to change any order details or the shipping address once the order has been placed. Please take the time to review your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Colors may vary from your computer screen to the actual product. Every computer, tablet or smartphone screen is different. In my product photography, I try to get the closest representation of the actual colors as possible.

In order to save on paper, you do not receive a printed invoice by default. You have access to your invoices of purchased items through your Etsy account. If you do want to receive a printed invoice included with your purchase, please let me know in the message to seller.

Your personal data will not be shared with anyone or saved somewhere other than in my Etsy account. They will only be used to process your order and to contact you about your order. Your personal data will not be used for purposes any other than that.

Artwork, images and designs may not be reproduced, resold or used in any form. After receiving purchased items, MOA Gift Ideas is no longer responsible for the items and packaging in any way.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately, at the moment I can not make personalised items or items with a specific design.

- I need more cards than listed.
Because of a limited stock, it is not possible to order more cards than the listed quantity. It might be possible to make a special order when you need large quantities. Please contact me about your wishes and I will see what I can do for you.

- Can you put an item on hold?
Because of a limited stock, I can not put an item on hold. Placing an item in the shopping cart does not mean that the item is reserved for you. None of the items are reserved until you complete the order.

- What is the order deadline for the holidays?
I can not give you a certain deadline for the holidays. Shipping around any holiday is unpredictable. Also, I have a limited stock on most items. The best option is to order as early as possible. The regular shipping timeframes are stated in the shipping information.

- Do you accept Etsy Giftcards?
Yes, I accept Etsy Giftcards. Etsy Giftcards are available on Etsy at http://etsy.com/giftcards and accepted by many Etsy shops. Read more about Etsy Giftcards at http://etsy.com/help/article/4532

- Can I get a discount?
There are no active coupon codes at the moment. I do not offer coupon codes or other discount by request. All item prices are as low as possible. The cheapest option is to save on shipping costs, by combining items in one order.
