Hello, welcome to my shop.

Please read all my listings and policies carefully, feel free to message me with any questions or ideas you have.

Measurements required for most items - these should be sent in a message with the order, or, if customer is waiting to get them, a message stating the delay is very helpful. I waste a lot of time chasing measurements!

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

UK POSTAL OPTIONS:
Royal Mail first or second class signed for, PLEASE NOTE maximum compensation is £50. Upgrade to Special Delivery is available on most items, which covers up to £250.

NON UK SHIPPING OPTIONS:
ALL INTERNATIONAL ITEMS are now sent Royal Mail international tracked, signed, or tracked and signed where available. Prices vary on item value and weight, and gives full compensation up to £250.
Items valued on customs labels correctly in case of loss.

The cost of shipping is based on the heaviest weight for that particular item, but if I discover at the post office shipping costs a lot less because it weighs less, I will refund the difference.

Please be aware, customs, duty and taxes may be applicable in some countries, it is the buyers responsibility to pay these.

Once items have left the UK they must be tracked by the customer, as they are then no longer the responsibility of Royal Mail or myself.

I can only estimate but not guarantee delivery dates. I will not refund for late arrival of items whether it be due to customs, shipping delays, slowness or problems with local delivery, or seasonal delays.

Royal Mail will compensate for lost packages after 25 business days have passed if it can be proved the item has not been received, this must be done by the customer as they will then receive the full amount (sellers receive reduced value)

If items are returned to me due to non collection by customer, or incorrect address being supplied, customer must pay for re shipping if required. No refund will be given for loss of an item due to non collection or incorrect address being supplied.

Shipping prices include a few pence towards packing and fees.

Additional policies and FAQs

MEASUREMENTS:
MOST ITEMS ARE MADE TO MEASURE AND THEREFORE REQUIRE MEASUREMENTS.
There is a personalisation box on my listings if these are required.
If I do not receive all the measurements with the order as requested, I will send up to two messages requesting them. If I do not receive a reply the order will be marked as dispatched at the end of the quoted dispatch time and the item immediately put back up for sale. Once the item re-sells, the original order will be refunded minus 10% for my inconvenience. I have had to start doing this as I have lost sales due to time wasters, and I have also been scammed in the past.

If you measure yourself correctly and do not order an item whilst on a diet etc, all should be well. If in doubt please ask a professional to measure you.
I add about 1-1.5" to the measurements received for comfort/ease and allow for a little shrinkage. This is actually below the reccomended ease. If you want the garment looser or tighter please advise me.

If you measure incorrectly or change shape at a later date, I am afraid I can not alter your garment.
No other shop would be expected to alter items at all, let alone free of charge.
I do not do repairs for the same reason.

No compensation or refunds will be given if you have a garment altered yourself without contacting me first. Covered by The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (measurements for a custom order of clothing, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
