Shipping and Tracking
We ship 1 Class Airmail from Slovakia (European Union).
Most packages have tracking and signature required upon delivery.

DHL express shipping upgrade is available during checkout.
Unclaimed packages and forced returns.
We don't offer refunds on packages that were not claimed (not picked up) by customer.
In case customer refuses to pay VAT, custom duty or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package we consider this as forced return.
We don't offer refunds on such packages.

If you are a VAT holder, please, contact us before purchase!
It is not possible to apply VAT and issue VAT invoices if no VAT was presented during checkout.
Please, be aware that you may pay local duties and taxes to get the package depending on your country's laws.
Returns
According to EU consumer law you can return goods in original condition within 14 days after receiving package.
Customer should notify us about return before sending it otherwise it is considered forced return and we don't accept them or offer any refunds.
Customer pays return shipping. The packages have to be send with tracking number that can be tracked online.
In case of partial return:
- we refund cost of beads that were returned (no shipping cost is eligible for refund)
please, contact us prior sending any returns.
Refunds are made only after we get the products back in original condition.
Do you combine orders?
If you make multiply orders - we don't combine them automatically. If you would like them to be combined - please, make a note in Comments to order or via Etsy convos.
Our Flat rate offer doesn't apply on combined orders. We will apply full shipping cost for combined orders.
Do you include paper invoices?
No, we don't make paper invoices - we try to preserve and take care of our nature. In case you need such invoice, please, leave a note in Comment field to your order.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel order within 3 hours after purchasing. You need to contact us via ETSY convo only (other channels like email are not suitable for sending cancellation requests).
Defect rate
We strive to provide best quality and sort beads by hand. But it is possible that small percentage of beads have defects or broken. In this case we are happy to give you partial refund for damaged beads. Due to high international shipping costs we don’t send replacements separately - we only send refunds.
DHL express upgrade
You can choose courier DHL express service to send your package.
Recipient's phone is required!
In case there is no phone in your order details or notes to seller - we have to cancel order.
