- Dispatch and Delivery -

Each ring will take 1-3 weeks (depending on availability) from receiving payment to complete and will be sent within 3 working days of completion.

- UK -
I ensure that all items are dispatched quickly and packaged well. Delivery within the UK is sent first class recorded and usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive.

- Overseas -
Overseas delivery normally takes 5-10 working days but can be up to 5 weeks depending on the country. Postal times are subject to many variables such as weather conditions, customs at the airport and demands on the postal companies so I advise allowing at least 8 weeks for your order to arrive to avoid disappointment!

Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Care & Maintenance -

The lengthy and intricate bent wood process and CA finishing techniques I use provide excellent protection for my rings however wood is a natural material and needs to be treated with care.

I advise keeping the ring away from water as much as possible - especially if using soaps/detergents as they might wear the finish down. The finish is waterproof so a little splash here and there won't hurt, but I advise removing the ring before submerging hands in water for prolonged periods like washing dishes, swimming or showering etc.

It is also a good idea to remove the ring before undertaking rigorous activities like sports, weightlifting or boxing etc. The ring was made to be strong but wood and antler need to be treated with a bit more care than metal rings.

After applying a CA finish the rings are buffed with a clear wax called Renaissance Wax to add an extra layer of protection from the elements. You can also buff the ring with a clear wax every couple of months - carnauba or beeswax from a local diy store work great (and can be used for many other purposes around the home too).

If the ring gets dirty just give it a wipe with a kitchen towel and water - avoid using soaps, chemicals or abrasives. Also avoid nail varnish remover/acetone.

The ring should hold up well for years with a little care and you can order replacements for 50% off retail + postage so it's inexpensive for you to replace if it gets damaged or lost.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

* Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
