Do you take custom design orders?
We've unfortunately had to cease custom orders for 2017 due to our ongoing production commitments and to make way for new product development. It was a tough decision to make, although it will allow us to continue making new and exciting products as well as our existing items. We hope you understand!
Do you personalise or monogram items?
For most items we offer a customised laser-etched engraving option for initials, a name, or even a phrase for an small fee. This covers file preparation, engraving set-up and the engraving itself. The text is set within the Paterson Salisbury typeface and is completely permanent. If you would like a preview, send me a conversation!
What Shipping methods do you use Internationally?
We use Australia Post Pack and Track Service for STANDARD. This has end-to-end tracking with the average delivery times to most countries being 5-15 working days (9 working days is the average).
Want your items faster? Choose EXPRESS! Express Courier International delivery (EMS) is available with delivery times being 4-8 working days worldwide.
Please Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Paterson Salisbury is not responsible for delays due to customs.
What Shipping methods do you use Domestically (in Australia)?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries, using Standard Parcel delivery for bags and Express-Next-Day delivery for wallets, purses and key-rings. All items have tracking with the average delivery times in metropolitan areas being 1-3 working days and rural areas 3-4 working days.
Live in NSW? All items (including bags) will be upgraded to Express-Next-Day delivery free of charge!
Lifetime Warrranty
We think products should last a really long time. We also don't like the idea of a product being thrown away if it develops a defect that can be repaired. What about all the life and goodness still in the product? Let's not waste it, let's save it!
So, we offer a lifetime repair warranty on all products.
Put simply, if a part of the construction of a product eventually fails, send it back to us to repair free of charge. Obviously, damage from misuse and abuse are not covered, nor is general wear and tear to the leather or edges, but all construction workmanship is. If in doubt, get in touch.
