Address Verification
If your address cannot be verified by USPS and I cannot reach you to confirm it, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
If you need to change the shipping address on an order, I’ll need to cancel the order so that you can repurchase the item with the address you’d like to use. This is for both buyer and seller protection.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact me immediately and PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE! Pictures of the damage are necessary for filing an insurance claim. Please keep the damaged items and all packing materials in case you’re asked to bring them to your local post office for inspection.
Lost Orders
Lost Orders are packages that were not received and have NOT been marked as ‘Delivered’ on the tracking within 1 week from the date that I mail it out.
If 1 week has passed, please contact me immediately to submit a search request.
If you still have not received your package within one week after I’ve submitted the search request, contact me for a replacement or full refund (including the original shipping charge).
Once tracking is marked as ‘Delivered’ it is no longer the responsibility of the seller.
Sellers are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or aliens.
'Delivered' But Missing Orders
Most packages I ship will fit in a standard mailbox, so check there first.
Check your bushes, side/back door, trash (Yes, I’ve found packages in my trash can. To be fair, I AM quite grouchy, so I’m sure it was an honest mistake.).
Ask housemates.
Check with neighbors.
Contact your P.O. for GPS coordinates of the delivery.
Sometimes packages are marked delivered up to 48 hrs before actual delivery (nobody knows why, it’s a mystery).
If you’ve still not found your package, the next step is to contact your local police department and file a report for stolen goods. The case # of your police report can be given to the postal inspector for further investigation.
Porch Piracy can't be stopped if it isn't reported.
Coupons, Discounts, & Free Shipping
Only one coupon/discount per order.
If you place an order but have forgotten your coupon, contact me within 48 hours and I will apply it to your order. (You'll receive a partial refund for the total of the coupon)
Free Shipping on all orders over $35.
Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Etsy sellers are not responsible for customs fees and import taxes (e.g. VAT, GST, etc.) imposed upon you by your country of residence.
Falsification of customs declaration forms in order to help a buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law and comes with a punishment of up to $10,000 USD with the possibility of up to 5 years of imprisonment.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations
Due to the personal nature of my products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Rush processing fees are non-refundable unless I am unable to rush the order.
Digital Downloads cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before the order ships.

Standard Processing: 7-10 Business Days
Rush Processing: 2-3 Business Days
Rush Processing availability may come and go depending on my condition.
Given the nature of my disabilities, I’ve set longer processing times to give myself some leeway.
If I’m having dizzy spells, I cannot safely walk down the stairs to my clean room.
If I’m having an episode of spasticity, the loss of motor control in my hands leaves me unable to fill and label bottles.
It is my fervent hope that I will be able to hire a helper in the near future to help reduce these processing times, but until then I will ship orders as quickly as I’m able.
