Frequently asked questions
Will the pieces you sell be exactly as pictured in the store?
I will create a new, made to order, piece of jewellery for each order. The design concept of each piece will be the same as what is pictured, however, it will not be exactly the same in every detail. I will keep you up to date with the carving process and send photos of the wax as it takes form. This way you can advise me if there is something you don't like or if you want the design to be a bit different. This also means that the piece of jewellery you will be buying is one of a kind.
The only exception is the lumberjack ring. I have had a mould made of the original shape and add the markings in after to keep it unique but maintain the exact design shape that makes it do special. No snagging!
Custom and personalised orders
Absolutely! I would love to make an original piece based on your idea or drawing or customise a piece in the store. Keep in mind I'm not Michelangelo and we may need to come up with alternative designs to keep it in the realm of reason.
Can I return my jewellery?
Nope. Its just to expensive to produce the jewellery. I don't want you to think, however, that you're "stuck" with something you don't want. If you would like, just request that I keep you up to date with pictures of the wax model before it is cast so you can see how it looks.
