This tutorial holds a new idea for making hollow polymer clay beads.
It will teach you how to make hollow beads in various shapes and sizes: round beads, lentil beads, bi-cone beads, round tube beads, triangular tube beads and square tube beads.
The principle of this new technique is also scalable which allows you to make your beads small or big.
In this tutorial too, I make the beads hollow using nothing but polymer clay.
I don't use sugar, salt, paper balls, cotton balls, soaking in water, preparing a big hole.
I don't even bake two halves and glue them. No... Just polymer clay.
You too can learn how to easily make a perfect hollow bead in the size of your choice, decorate it, cure it and drill it all in one go...Intriguing ha?
This is a quick, easy and well tested tutorial for making polymer clay beads that are both hollow and light weight.
A world of possibilities will open up to you after finding out how easy it is to make hollow beads.
Did you ever want to create really big beads without worrying they'll end up being very heavy?
Did you try making hollow beads but wished there was an easier way?
In this tutorial I'm letting you into my NEW secret of how I make MY beads hollow.
Get yourself a copy of this tutorial and say goodbye to hard work...
No special tools or materials are needed!
In the tutorial I concentrate on teaching you my construction technique.
I do suggest one possible finishing option for the beads (as seen in the pictures), but once you have mastered my method you will be able to finish your beads in many different ways you are already familiar with and like.
The beads you see in the pictures are created in "one go" - only one curing.
(The only stage done after curing is adding the wash of color in the suggested finish).
There is no use of a temporary armature, light weight bead inside, a solvent filler, baking two halves of the bead separately and gluing or using a light weight clay of any kind inside or outside.
