When finally I received my final product I was not happy. I had to put my cat Marley down in May I immediately ordered this urn after searching all over for the perfect one. Knowing it would take about six weeks which I was fine with, and after seeing Ana's work I thought she would be perfect to capture my Marleys essence. Then Anas kiln broke and it took months, the entire time she was in contact with me, with me reaching out first. I tried to be understanding but i felt as if my urn was being pushed to the back of the line. That I could deal with. I had sent Ana multiple pictures of my beautiful Marley with descriptions of her bright green eyes because my pictures didn't fully pick up the color. When i received my urn two days ago I was beyond excited to open it, it looked NOTHING like Marley.
