3 out of 5 starsThe case is a lot more red than I realized from the picture, I'd say bright red is the predominant color of most of the books. I also accidentally dropped it once (from waist-height) and it cracked the side of the case immediately. Still pretty cute though.

Custom and personalized orders
~If you request custom design options on a blank or already designed case, I will always contact you with the draft image of the product before printing it. If you do not reply within 12 hours, I print the first draft sent.
~A custom designed/personalized phone case - the design is yours so CaseOcean does not offer returns or exchanges if you do not like the look of the case. Unfortunately I can't offer you a refund for custom designed phone case if you have ordered it for a wrong mobile device.
~Please note that for custom orders I will need an original picture of your favorite design.
Can I change or cancel my order?
~You can change your order within 1 hour. Cancellations not available.
~After your item is shipped or it is in your post office/you have received it - no refunds available in cases when you suddenly change your mind and want to cancel your order (e.g., you have purchased another item).
I received damaged item. What shall I do?
~If the phone case has been damaged during shipping, notify me within 2 days of it arriving. I may require that you provide a photo of the case showing the defect in order to ship a new one.
Issue on color resolution / pattern
~Actual colors may slightly differ from what you see in display due to monitor differences and that everyone sees colors differently.
I didn't receive my item, what shall I do?
~Please, check the tracking number I provided. You can find it in the e-mail about your item shipment and also at your Etsy profile.
~If item is "delivered", but you don't have it, please contact your local post office. All packages are sent as A priority Registered Mail and in order to receive it a signature is required. So no one except you should have received it. In such cases, if a package is "delivered", no refunds available, sorry.
~Please follow tracking updates so the package isn't sent back as unclaimed.
~Since package is shipped it is not in my power to control its delivery. It is post services responsibility which also includes to deliver Registered Mail to right person.
My package is sent back, what are the options?
~ If a tracking shows that there have been delivery attempt but a package is sent back as unclaimed, firstly I offer to resend package, no refunds at this point available.
~ If there have been 2 sending attempts to your provided address but package is still sent back to me as unclaimed - no refunds available, sorry.
How my order is impacted by Covid-19?
Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. Please contact me if you have any concerns.
What happens when item is returned by a customer?
If item is in its original condition and not damaged, I issue 100% of the item's price. Shipping costs are not included.
