RETURN/REFUNDS/LOST ITEMS
↬ If your package is unclaimed or not delivered to you, it will be returned to us. This takes a little time but as soon as we receive it, we will contact you to discuss how to solve the problem.
↬ If you want to return your order, please contact me within 3 days after you received it. The buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

↬ All our products are plated with 24k matte/shiny gold, 0.925 sterling silver, antique bronze plated over zinc alloy, brass or zamak metals.
↬ Our products are not real/pure gold or sterling silver. They might change color eventually. However if kept as stated in instructions, they will last very long.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
↬ Keep your jewelry in a clean/dry place like a box,
↬ Make sure there is a soft fabric/felt in the box,
↬ If not kept in a box, keep away from direct sun,
↬ Don’t shower, take a bath or swim with your jewelry,
↬ Don’t spray perfume directly on your jewelry,
↬ Sweat would ruin your jewelry, so don’t wear it while you work out.
NEW EU TAX RULES
EU changed the way import tax is collected. Etsy started collecting import VAT on physical goods under €150 that are shipped to the EU from an outside country. For items under €150, the listing price shown to EU buyers will include the import VAT amount, so buyer will know how much they'll pay for the item at a glance. This VAT will be automatically collected from the buyer at the time of purchase, then sent to local tax authorities so the buyer will not have to pay double VAT when the package arrives at the customs.
